Heart Attack on a Plate

This is a South Dakota specialty. It is easy to make and you can change it to suit your tastes. What it amounts to is deep fried meat on a stick.

The meat...

Just buy as much meat as you think you'll need, there is no set amount.

Cubed lamb (this is the best)
or
Cubed venison
or
Cubed beef

The marinade...

Soy sauce
or
Worstershire sauce (this is best)
or
Another marinade of your choice

The seasonings...

Lowry's seasoned salt (most common)
or
Whatever you want

Other stuff...

Wooden skewers
Enough oil to deep fry them

Soak your cubed meat in the marinade for an hour or two (more or less according to your taste but if you do it too long you'll hide the flavor of the meat) then stick it on the wooden skewers. Deep fry until done, just a few minutes (don't over cook it). Sprinkle with your favorite seasoning and serve hot.
